The best Chinese food in Saint Charles county. Friendly staff all the time. Food always comes out steaming hot and fresh. I would love if they brought back the whole chicken wings! ;)

Best Chinese in Saint Charles/Saint Peters Hot Braised Pork is very good looking and tastes great as well, has a vibrant Red Color... and you cant go wrong with the classic Orange Chicken..

I've been to Emperor many times. Been to other Chinese restaurants around Saint Charles and Saint Peters, but Emperor is the best.

Food was amazing. Love the St Paul sandwich, Yumm. The Boneless Spare ribs are so Yummy! And the Egg Drop Soup soothed my sore throat. and was very tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant, best in St. Peters!

The lady who runs the place is a little surly but the food is always outstanding. Try the hot and spicy chicken it's my favorite here.

The food overall was good and the delivery was fast. However, the vegetables in the Lo Mein were not enough and there were some pieces that seemed to be going bad as the taste was off and I felt sick after that. It seemed like some old water chestnuts may have been mixed with it because it was not the entire order that tasted bad. The Hot Braised Pork was not hot, it was more sweet, so I was disappointed in that although the meat was well cooked and tender.

Delivery was prompt. Food was great except fortune cookies were very stale. That is the only reason I did not rate them as five star. Hot n sour soup was especially good!
